ABOUT OUR PRINCIPLE

Lidia Drzewna, founder of LJD Consulting, is an experienced Financial Controller with 18 years in finance and project management. My experience, largely with selectively small businesses has allowed involvement and responsibility throughout the financial management of the business. Holding a BA in Business Management and MS in Finance helps me to understand and manage a wide range of business types with ease having worked for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.

My expertise lies in implementing and enhancing internal controls, month-end processes and financial frameworks. I specialise in cost control, cash management and presenting financial insights including business performance metrics.

By establishing streamlined processes for revenue reporting and variance analysis, contributed to growth in global markets by enhancing financial transparency and aligning performance metrics with company goals.

My project experience also includes working closely with construction sector consultants, designers and QS’s. I managed multiple sources of cost planning, tracking, monitoring, reporting performance and covered risk management across a variety of projects and forms of contract.
